App Project Manager

As one of our App Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our mobile application projects. You will lead dynamic teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed our high standards of quality. With your expertise, you will navigate the complexities of app development, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to transform innovative ideas into tangible realities that drive our success.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of mobile application projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA specialists, to achieve project objectives.
Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges and ensure continuous progress.
Leverage industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to optimise project management processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and techniques within the organisation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mobile application development sector.
Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, including design, development, and deployment, for both iOS and Android platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Solid organisational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate complex projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
