UX/UI Designer

As a Mobile UX Designer, you'll be integral to our product development process, from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative UX designs for our mobile applications. Your primary goal will be to make our mobile apps both visually appealing and easy to use.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs and behaviors.
  • Develop and refine user personas and journey maps.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Work closely with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the feasibility of your designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, user testing, and analytics data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of UX design experience, specifically with mobile apps.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and UI design best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate design rationale.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and cross-platform design considerations.
